Step-by-step buchu-infused gin and tonic Ingredients: 60ml Wilderer Fynbos Gin (or any other fynbos-infused gin) 150ml tonic water 150ml Buchulife Sparkling Herbal Water (lime variant) 1 tbsp fresh lime juice a slice or two of fresh lime to garnish a sprig of fresh buchu (optional) for a fresh fynbos taste Method: 1. Place a glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to get a nicely chilled glass. 2. Place a few ice cubes in the chilled glass. 3. Add the Wilderer Fynbos Gin to the ice in the chilled glass. 4. Add 150ml tonic water. 5. Add Buchulife Sparkling Herbal Water to the mixture. 6. Add a tablespoon of fresh lime juice to give your drink a lovely citrus flavour. 7. Add slices of lime and sprigs of buchu to garnish for a fresh, herbal taste. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
