A couple of days back Harshvardhan Kapoor , who was recently seen in the film Bhavesh Joshi Superhero made headlines. The reason was when he was quoted by a publication saying, “Sonam is in her own world, and she’s done all kinds of films. But I also think it’s easier sometimes for a heroine to fit in a lot of films…for example, a Pad Man is not driven by her, right? So she doesn’t have to be there for a 100 days. Heroines can be more free. For me now, the whole film will hinge on my shoulders…So, I don’t really take advice from her.” However, responding to the backlash he faced on social networking site, Harshvardhan has claimed that his statement was taken out of context and misinterpreted.
Taking to the micro blogging site Twitter, Harshvardhan Kapoor decided to clear the air about his previous statement saying, “If you believe everything printed in the media and start accusing people immediately … can’t help you … I never said this … it’s taken completely out of context and misinterpreted ok I’m done defending myself gonna go hang with my sisters now bye”. While the actor who made his Bollywood debut with the Rakesh Omprakash Mehra film Mirzya seems to have pacified a few of the trolls, we wonder what will be the final outcome of this charade.
